Another week and another 90th birthday cake! This time a fruit cake with Amaretto soaked fruit covered in marizpan and fondant icing to look like a tree stump with a love heart with Gran, Mum, Grandma carved in to it.
With Autumn leaves, pumpkin, moss and some acorns, there is a very Autumnal feel to this cake
