A two-fer: one decorative and one cutting cake.

First we have an Amaretto flavoured fruit cake, covered with marzipan and soft white fondant. Decorated with a musical theme for David’s 80th birthday celebration today.

And for chopping up and sharing, a three layer chocolate cake with rich chocolate buttercream filling. Covered in soft fondant icing and decorated with semi clefs.
