A two tier lemon sponge cake with lemon buttercream filling. Decoration is rice paper ‘feathers’ sprayed with an edible pearlescent lustre spray on the bottom tier and soft fondant on the top tier with fondant carnations. It’s travelling to Louth, hope it makes it in one piece!
