A vanilla sponge cake with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling. Covered in a soft white fondant and decorated with sugar stars, hearts, pearls and sugar picture frames containing photos of the birthday girl, all topped with a mini bottle of Prosecco and of course rather a lot of sparkle!
