Another biggie! A carved W shaped cake this time.

The left hand side of the W is lemon cake with lemon curd filling and the right hand side of the W is vanilla sponge with raspberry jam filling and the whole lot is covered in vanilla bean buttercream. Decorations are all edible; fondant grasses and toadstools and the flowers are edible (dried violas).

Oh and the moss is crushed pistachios- which was a lot messier than I thought it would be!! Happy 80th birthday Wendy!
