Congratulations to Martin and Jayne who, after having to postpone their day a couple of times due to Covid lockdowns, FINALLY got married yesterday 
Here is a picture of their cake. It was a biggie too! Starting at the top we have the top and second tiers (6″ and 8″) of lemon sponge with lemon buttercream and lemon curd filling, third tier was a 10″ Victoria sponge with a raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling and the bottom tier was a 12″ chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling.
Finally there was an Amaretto fruit cake which wasn’t part of the main cake.
